Aqua Surf Shop and Save the Waves Coalition present a raging night of live and DJ music, art, film, silent auction, raffle, and environmental action at their, "Life is a Wave" event, at 111 Minna in San Francisco, Thursday, March 15 beginning at 6 pm.

Musical guests CNB, Front Porch and a performance by one of the leading psychedelic surf rock bands will be featured. Also, DJ's Paul McNitt, Arron Pope and Dean Samaras will be spinning tunes throughout the night.

Will Henry, Executive Director of Save the Waves said, "We are really excited about this event. We are hoping that the surfing community and those concerned with the world's rapidly vanishing coastlines and surf breaks will attend. It will be a fun night while getting behind a very important issue."

A silent auction will be featured during the evening which will help raise funds for Save the Waves.

Tickets are a donation of $10 advanced and $12 at the door. Tickets are available at Aqua Surf Shops in San Francisco, 41 Surf in Santa Cruz and Streetlight Records in Santa Cruz.
